Previously any physician could conduct your DOT examination. Starting May 21, 2014, all CMV drivers are required to take a DOT physical examination from a Certified Medical Examiner (CME). Dr. Schwartz has taken the necessary steps and training to qualify as a Certified Medical Examiner with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). We now are pleased to offer convenient same day appointments for your DOT physical examination. Our parking lot is huge! There is plenty of room for your truck or bus. We are located in Middlesex County, New Jersey very close to Monmouth County New Jersey. More specifically we are in Monroe Township and conveniently located to serve drivers in the adjoining communities of Spotswood, Old Bridge, Manalapan and East Brunswick.
Our fee for conducting your CDL/DOT exam is $89.
A DOT physical exam is valid for up to 24 months.
